Transport enquiries

We process your contact details, addresses, description of goods and preferred dates to review your enquiry, prepare a quote and contact you. For pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Details are stored in the protected enquiry system. Where email notifications are configured, the necessary details are also processed through our email service.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not result in an order are removed from the system within 183 days. For orders, separate statutory retention obligations may apply to business documents. Backups and email copies are covered by our deletion policy.

Technical operation

Visiting the website generates connection data needed for technical operation. Server logs support secure operation. The enquiry system briefly uses a pseudonymised network identifier to prevent abuse. Hosting and email providers may process data as technical service providers. Details of the actual infrastructure will be completed before public launch.

Cookies and external services

The public pages use no tracking cookies, externally loaded fonts or embedded maps. An essential session cookie is only set when signing in to the internal admin area. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to an external service whose own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Subject to legal requirements, rights to data portability and objection also apply. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
